Package arrived within 5 days. FedEx did not know anything about Parcel Monkey so the paperwork with the FE Pick-up bar code and customs form helped tremendously!

Easy service, best price, fast delivery

Shipping a cell phone from US to UK, I got a quote online from Parcel Monkey to ship via FedEx. Their quote came in lower than other services and much lower than directly with FedEx. The delivery time was also shorter.
I printed the labels at home and dropped off at my local FedEx store on Friday at 4:50pm - the phone was delivered to the recipient in the UK the following Tuesday. The service I paid for was 4 - 6 business days, but it was delivered in 2 business days. Very impressed and would definitely use again.
