Fed Ex, not Parcel Monkey to Blame

It was Fed Ex that was horrible. It was important to get this package to Paris, France before Christmas and I had all the appropriate information on the package. They wouldn't leave the package even though there was no signature required. They didn't bother to call the number on the package even though the person was home. The people in France had to drive an hour away to retrieve the package. A lot of wasted time involved calling the French Fed ex office and they still didn't get it right.

Making International Shipping Easy!

Using Parcel Monkey saved me hundreds. I needed to ship Internationally from the US to Japan. After researching the prices to ship with other carriers directly, the shipping charges were over $300. Parcel monkey's fee was less than $60.00 and arrived in 4 days. My drop off was even at one of the carriers I had already checked with. I will always use parcel monkey when needing to ship! Everything was so easy and all done on their website, even the customs forms! As long as you have access to a printer, you can print the forms, attach to your package and just drop off or schedule a pickup. Parcel Monkey takes all the hassle out of shipping.
