There is no zero star bad service

Zero star. Very bad service .please guys go to DHL or Fedex or any other.dont make the same mistake i did.you think they are cheaper but when your package is at destination they gonna make you pay again more then the shipping fee. Dont waste tour time with this conpany

Better Price and Service Than Any I've Found

I still can't believe the cost to ship a package to the UK was FOUR TIMES less than the one quoted me by the UPS Store. Even more unbelievable is that it got there on Christmas Eve when I shipped it four days prior. I am amazed and will definitely use this service for all my overseas packages from now on!

Appalling incompetence Fedex!

NEVER choose Fedex! They will charge you endless additional fees and it will take you a much longer time than promised to receive the package! I just mailed three pairs of pants as Christmas gift to China. FedEx people sent me dozens of forms to fill out, repeatedly! They warned me any late response would result in storage fees at the port, so I almost grow myself on the phone. I provided every information I could, and replied their emails immediately. However, they decided to keep throwing more forms at me with the exact information from the previous form. Their staff kept switching between currencies and asked me to refill the form. Unnecessary amount of forms were to purposefully delay the process so I will have to pay for the storage fee! Additionally, they charge 20% tax for the value you claim, and $10 minimum storage fee with a daily fee on top.
