Item was delivered but for 2 days the item was stuck in the same location with no reason as to why

I am fully satisfied, 5 stars. The paper work had no issues. The parcel got there in promised time. My chat was professionally handled. I was able to track it as if I sent it directly with FedEx, though at a significantly lower price. I will use it in future.

I have mailed through Parcel Monkey 3 times now. The past 2 times it has taken longer than the 4-14 day estimate. Well this time we are still within the window but the package hasn't even made it out of the US yet.
