Amazingly Fast service!

I could not drop off the shipment at the location listed on the DHL website so that was a frustrating waste of time BUT i called the 1-800 # to schedule a pick-up at my home. I will know to just schedule a free pickup for next time. The shipment wasn't guaranteed delivery unlit Monday of the next week but was delivered (to another country) in 2 days arriving Christmas Eve! Amazingly fast!
