Worked like a charm. Super easy... I printed the labels and the guy at FedEx knew what to do. I don't ship out of the country often, but I'll always use Parcel Monkey.
Cheap too... client happy.

quick shipping, but poor rate quote.

The package was delivered very quickly to my customer in Brazil. HOWEVER, when I ran a quote for International Drop off to Sao Paulo, Brazil, I was quoted $58. I passed this shipping cost on to my customer, and 2 days later when I went to ship: the price was $75.48. That's $17 more that my company had to eat. While Parcel Monkey gets better rates from FedEx than I do with my own FedEx account- I need to know that when I get a shipping quote, it will be accurate!
