The cost of shipping a small heavy-ish gift to family in Japan was SO high at the post office that I asked my daughter to suggest alternatives. She suggested comparing prices on Parcel Monkey. I'm glad I did; it was easy to drop off at a nearby FedEx loction and my cousin got her gift very quickly with no problems at all. Even better, the cost was about half. All good.

Drop off at Walgreen's for FEDEX. As expected, quick - efficient - close to home. Package scheduled to arrive to destination next week. So far, so good.
