Germany FedEx held the package for over a month demanding I use an EORI number. It was a bureaucratic nightmare for a $100 small keyboard about 12" long. They finally delivered it after I had left Germany.

We are very sorry about this, unfortunately as this is down to customs as we have no control over this
as they are controlled by the government in the destination country and we are not provided with much information as they only deal with the recipient most of the time.
