The vendor assigned to ship the computer from US to UK was FedEx. They did a good job of packing the machine, getting pre-customs clearing, etc.
The process with Parcel Monkey could not have been any easier. It was streamlined with creating the account, printing labels, customs forms, location identification to drop off the item at their said location.
