I was a bit worried since I never have used parcel monkey before but 5 stars aren't enough. What a great experience. It was perfect and extremely fast. I had to ship some items my sister forgot when she was visiting me here in Virginia from Germany. I dropped everything off at FedEx and was able to track my package to Germany. It was delivered via a courier right to her house. Such a great experience. Will use again. Thanks.

I have still not received this shipment. Fedex is not at all supporting me to get this shipment release. I am disappointed by the overall handling.
at least thrice they asked for various document which I provided timely and now they just stopped responding.

There were several drop off options and more than one was convenient. Updates allowed me to follow my package’s progress and it was delivered without a scratch. This was for a large 50lb. box going to an apartment in Germany from the US. The cost was significantly less than other options I could find. Will DEFINITELY reuse the service.
