Terrible Delivery Service

Shipped my package for Christmas with parcel Monkey, it was a present from my daughter to her grandparents. Just this week they received a bill from FedEx. This is disgraceful. They didn’t even send a gift, I did, and FedEx can’t bill the right people.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service provided. Please be advised that the charges are customs duties and taxes, which are applied by customs when the parcel enters the country. I dropped off at The Attitude Adjustment Shoppe in Ojai. So the courier did not pick up, I believe it was FEDEX....but the Attitude Adjustment Shoppe was great.
