Great prices! Reliability of FedEx behind the scenes and in-app messaging for help when needed, but website sometimes confusing and error prone while creating a shipment - field level help and error messages are sometimes too vague to get past some entry it doesn't like so you just have to keep trying different things till it gets a value it accepts, whether or not it's correct.

Worked great so far, I have used the service twice.
The drop off location is the best I have ever usey. Very helpful! Nice and knowledgeable:)

If I could give it 0 stars I would. All very reasonable until after the parcel was delivered they took the same fee out of my account without asking citing "additional charges for incorrect measurements" even though I know I put the correct measurements in. It is not confirmed in any email so they refuse to give my money back. The measurements were clearly a default but customer service refused to listen. It takes them days at a time to reply as well.
Reply: I did show proof an error on your website is what we were disputing and customer service refused to help me. I obviously did not put measurements of 3.94x3.94x3.94 in!
