I was notified the package was delivered Monday, December 17, 2018 at 7:15 am Dundee, Scotland time when in fact the recipient has as yet to receive it. It is now Wednesday, December 19, 2018 5:25pm Dundee, Scotland time and it is still not delivered. It cost me almost $100.00 US dollars to send, I am not happy. Don't notify it has been delivered if it hasn't.

I had no problems with my international shipment that utilized fedex. I just printed the label and handed it in at the local fedex store. It was half the price of a regular fedex delivery. No problems.
