So much cheaper than normal parcel shipping

Quick but bit tricky with customs.

I sent 5 packages.
4 cleared customs FINE.
1 stuck in customs. No notification from Parcel Monkey, and now have to provide further documentation about what's in the package, despite providing customs documentation.
BE VERY CLEAR.
Bit expensive, but quick.

Although we have only used this service two times so far, the results have been perfect. Easy to navigate website, all the paperwork handled and delivered on schedule within Mexico. A small miracle in itself. Keep up the good work.
