Fantastic! Shipped a package from the U.S. to Germany. Rates were incredibly low, and the parcel made it in only THREE business days. ParcelMonkey will be the only service I use for international shipments from now on!

It was easy to use Parcel Monkey and was easy to drop off. The delivery happened quickly.

Never Again

This service is a third party contractor with FedEx. It was a series of errors from beginning to end. There is no way onsite to designate a package as a gift. You have to assign a monetary value. From the beginning it was a mess, with tacked on charges, having to pay duties and taxes, even though it was below the duty and tax ceiling, emailing invoices and spending hours of time on the phone with various agents, only to find out that FedEx had NO third party contractor to make the final delivery to the recipient. It was only through a FedEx international client advocate supervisor named Pam that the package was finally delivered. Unacceptable.
