I sent FedEx express service, supposed to be 2-5 days, turned to 3 weeks. We declared the contents, which are worth less than $60, soap bars, Tylenol, Alka Seltzer, candies. The shipment stuck at custom for 10 days, with no communication from FedEx. I have to call FedEx every day, each representative told me a different story and didn't seem to know anything. Since they didn't know anything, they take my name down and told me that somebody will call me back with an answer, NOT. There wasn't any callback, I have to call in, again and again, every day. The package was sent on the 2nd and delivered on the 28th.

On behalf of the courier we apologise for the delay and frustration caused. However, I am afraid in regards to where customs delay stand this is out of the couriers hands as customs is a governing agency.
