Make sure you include KYC of recipients (in my case it was India)

Dropoff and delivery to recipient were easy. However, things got confusing with customs. Firstly, I included +91 country code, so the number was 12 digits. But apparently, shipping label generated can have only 10 digits and so last 2 digits were missing from the printed phone number. Due to this customs and even FedEx couldn't reach the recipient and I came to know when the US Fedex called me(the sender).
Later, I came to know that the invoice had $500, which I mentioned in case the papers get lost in transit, and it was treated as an import. POssibly nothing can be done there but Customs in India needed KYC of the recipient in India, which I could have provided and things would have sailed smoothly!! -

I am a technology reseller in the United States. Sometimes, I import products from overseas, to sell to my customers. One of the problems I have is that, when a product needs to be returned to the manufacturers, the shipping process is difficult and expensive.
While doing a search on shipping, I stumbled on Parcel Monkey. Within a few minutes, they had a price for my packages and, after a very straightforward "checkout", I had my shipping label and Customs Forms on my printer.
The service I selected had me drop off the package at the courier's store (I was in and out in less than 2 minutes).
Yesterday, I was notified that the product was already delivered.
I think I got an excellent price, terrific service and great convenience. There's a 100% chance I will use them again.
