I received the shipping label via email as expected, took my package to the FedEx office, and it arrived on time. No complaints.

I tried a few other international parcel services as I was sening text books to my daughter in Europe and had sent some other books a week previous to this. This particular company was a little more in cost but said it would take about three business days. The books arrived the same time as the ones I had sent a week previous, which was three calendar days. I was very impressed and will use them again.
