Thank you for providing an amazing shipping alternative and bringing economical shipping costs to the world! I wanted to send a baby gift to a great friend in London and going through the regular outlets in the USA was not doable... I saved so much money with Parcel Monkey and the parcel was received 4 days BEFORE the estimated delivery date! So pumped and will def be using again!

Nightmare with customs...dealing with the Italian Mafia (customs is a real issue). Took weeks before my package was delivered! Fedex was little or no help and staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Had to pay extra in customs and storage fees....double what I paid to send the package and there were no changes in weight or size of box. Beware of the Mafia in Italy when sending packages. Parcel Monkey is almost impossible to get ahold of...what a joke!
