Shipping from USA to Italy made easy! Accurate information on disallowed items. I appreciated the Customs paperwork that you supplied. The parcel arrived on time and the tracking made it easy to check on the progress. Shipping a gift to Italy can be dicey because of the vagaries of the Italian Postal system. I am thrilled with your service!

It could not have been easier! I took my package and paperwork to FedEx and it was processed quickly. The lady was so sweet and took care of the putting the paperwork in the pouch she supplied. I also saved money over using USPS and it was so much easier. I will be using Parcel Monkey from now on!!
