Everything was timely but my chocolates in the package got molten. In spite of clear description on the box. You guys didn't take care of that.

Worst Experience

I had one of the worst experience with this parcel, the parcel costed $150, and I had to pay my custom $150 ADDITIONAL as Parcel Monkey / Its associates were unable to get package cleared from them, after paying my Local Custom $150.
PARCEL MONKEY CHARGED ME AGAIN $20. WHY EVEN ??
+ I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PARCEL. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AT MY DOORSTEP, NOT TO BE LEFT STUCK AT AIRPORT
