Good day, this item was not collected on Friday 10th.
Can the courier please make the collection in the afternoon, not the morning?
If you can provide a date that will help a lot.

This was a tricky delivery since we there were meds in the parcel. FedEx handled it as well as can be expected. Likely in the future someone will automate the process or at least flag the delivery so that I would have filled in the required import form earlier. There would then not have been a release delay at Israeli customs. Always room to go from good to better. Overall, a good experience and I would be happy to use you/them again.

Great service! They picked up on the correct day, and the parcel arrived on the early side of the delivery window as well.
