I wish I could give zero stars for the poor service I received from Parcel Monkey. The experience was horrible.

Collected as expected and delivery as scheduled. However, for reasons explained because the package was larger than we were informed (it was a from there to here from the USA) an additional charge was incurred. Not Parcel Monkey fault, but be aware.
