Great service!
The dlivery was handled by Fedex and although some delays, due to overloads in Fedex, I'm giving it 5 stars as the fulfillment from ParcelMonkey was excellent. The packaging labeling and instructions were straightforward and simplified and their chat customer support assisted well when the Fedex tracking wasn't updating for a few days.
After two days of delay the package made it to me so I'm satisfied overall. It was much simpler than ordering this delivery directly from Fedex or similiar services.
ParcelMonkey delivered on their promise. Will definitely use again.
