I was pleasantly surprised at the service. Every step of the process was great and I did not have one hitch along the way. I’ve used DHL and FedEx before (actually going to the store to send a package) and I always had several issues with delivery. And, it cost me almost three times as much than this service. This is now my go to service! Thank you for great customer service. I tried to change the star rating to a 5, but it kept changing back to a 4...:)
