Some issues with pick up but otherwise a perfect service

The service on the chinese side was amazing, the fedex crew made a great job to get my package through the customs which is crucial when it comes to shipments to China. There is a big BUT though. I was not warned in anyway what are the limitations on bringing stuff from US prior of booking the shipment. Also the shipment was NOT picked up from the sender for 4 days after the initial time of pick-up and was finally dropped off at the fedex office by a sender. I paid extra to have a pick up option and apparently that didn't work out. I would recommend the parcel monkey strongly as they were ready to help and the customer service was active and easily reachable.

Timely but secret charges

On time. They charged me extra for something they didn't specify after delivery, so had to pay an additional $20, but otherwise fast service.
