Custom Duties

Usually good, but did not read the invoice and my remarks about the items being personal, part of the return of house hold items and not for resale. Therefore not subject to tax. They wrote and said the wanted to charge me custom duties to which I refused and reminded them to read the invoice, Not happy about this issue at all.
