Terrible

I was not warned about how much I had to pay for custom taxes, so when the driver came to deliver he refused to wait even five minutes and left without delivering. This was in my absence. I had to chase the whole day to first pay for the taxes so that they would finally agreed to come back and deliver the box. I never experienced such terrible service and bad communication
