HORRIBLE!! My package was delayed at the hub for 4 days before it reached the country. When it finally reached the country, the tracking showed delivered with a signature and the person never received it. A trace has been opened but now I don't know if the package will be located. I have to scramble and replace Christmas gifts and ship them again.
