Easiest way I've found to ship overseas. All I had to do was enter the information on-line and my shipping label and customs invoice was sent to me, almost immediately. I went to my local Kinko's FedEx office and DONE! The parcel was received in the UK 2 days later. Very happy with this service and will use it again.

I was VERY sceptical to use this company when I first encountered it. The bad reviews scared me a LOT. However, due to covid USPS website was not working properly so I needed an affordable alternative. All other couriers who ship to Japan were too expensive. My package was only 2kgs and the quotes I got were at least $150 and that's not even express shipping. In the end, I went with parcel monkey after reading all their rules so I understood all the risks. Thankfully, it all turned out okay. Their international priority shipping via FedEx came through and I got my package from the US in specifically 3 business days in Tokyo! That only cost me $67! I was really surprised because international flights were greatly reduced due to covid, so I didn't expect the 1-3 business days to follow through. So, there you have it! They are legitimate! Lol
