Outstanding service and excellent value. I dropped off my package around 6:45 pm (ET) on a Friday in MD, USA, and the package was delivered intact on the following Monday 5 pm (ET) to a location in a city in India, after a wait time of four hours in the customs area. Tracking service was accurate and up to date.
I initiated the ticket around 3 pm and received the mailing labels and customs form within a few minutes by email. After an hour or so, I printed the labels (you will need a working printer) and filled three copies of the customs form by hand; this took about 20 min. I then took them to a close-by Fedex-drop-off location and made sure the last pick up had not occurred yet and dropped it off. This is the way to go, if you have a printer handy.
Outstanding value (considering the price paid and time it took to deliver), if you have the packing materials and a printer. Will go to them again and recommend to others as well. Thank you so much and please keep it up!
