This is my second time using Parcel Monkey and it works very well for me, I can see where my package is at every stage, while I am biting my nails that it will keep moving; of course, I wish my parcels could get to their destination the next day but two days are fine, and that's with a weekend included! The price to ship is okay...could be less, but the reduced hassle makes up for that and I'm cheap (lol). My cousin who lives in Barbados has not had any damaged items and thinks this method of getting stuff to her is so convenient...they've even attempted to deliver...but she was not home. I am actually getting ready to send another package to Barbados to a niece this time and hope everything works out well. Thank you for your service...Veronica
