Fedex parcel monkey

The FedEx company has made every effort to deliver my friends birthday then her husband's and dogs. It's convenient in USA to drop off and friendly customer service. Once driver lost and they were able to deliver to her office where she works. Hopefully, my last gift sent to her home reaches her no problems. Possibly FedEx is a new service in Germany and I tried over DHL as more convenient in USA drop off service.
