Fedex was slow to respond and in the end it took more than 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive. I provided them with paperwork and customs payment within 24 hours of every request while they would take 3-5 days to do anything each time. Hard to reach them, poor service and very slow. They do not seem to have much infrastructure in Indonesia.
