Delivered on time and safely. This was my first time using parcel monkey. I’ve been shipping fiberglass car parts all over the world with fedex and paying nearly 3x as much. I paid online and printed the label - dropped it off at FedEx without a single issue.

Worse service in terms of taking responsibility for the shipment after it is delayed. Otherwise have no qualms about the price, customer care or availability.
