Amazing service.
I was initially skeptical of this website - given that the official Fedex website wanted $200 for a priority shipping from US to Italy, but ParcelMonkey was only asking for ~$50.
I trusted the website and everything went well - the guide of the documents that were required was exhaustive and drastically helped my shipment.
If you do use this great service, please also remember to check country-specific requirements. The Italian customs wanted an additional form that I had to fill out - and the customs had to reach out to me directly. This was not an issue - it was because I classified my shipment as a used pre-owned item.
Once more, amazing service! Saved me tons of money!
