My package arrived in good condition and at less than half of what the Standard Fed Ex would have been. Thank you for helping me get a laptop to a young student in Colombia.

Super happy. Bday package dropped off with carrier Sat 3pm arrived Wed 2pm local time in Germany. Customs want to collect fees but email repeating invoice info (gift between private parties) took care of it.
