International shipping via Fed ex through Parcel Monkey was easy but a little confusing. When I dropped off the parcel for shipping at my local Fed Ex branch, the employees said I was missing a form they typically send with the parcel. I couldn’t contact anyone at Parcel Monkey for clarification, which was frustrating. I went ahead and shipped with the label and customs forms sent by Parcel Monkey, and everything arrived just fine! Parcel monkey was far lower in price that shipping direct from the Fed ex store, and the parcel arrived in Australia (from the US) in 3 business days.
