Please note the shipper was not dropped the parcel into UPS store using the UPS tracking label 1ZB37G900308410841. Please request them to drop.

Disappointing.
Purchased a label for a returned item and declared on the customs form “retuned goods”
Parcel money sent it as “sale of goods” and I was hit with a £38 customs charge
Customer service was no help at all despite parcel monkey being the ones who caused this issue
Will not be using this service again, will go else where from now on.Agent replied on 08/17/25
