Do not recommend Parcel Monkey.

Parcel was never delivered, wasted my money and lost the item that was in the parcel. Was trying to post a parcel from the US to Mexico, and for some reason it was sent via the UK. Parcel Monkey claim the parcel was declared lost in the UK. I was never informed that the parcel was lost (until I chased it up many months later), nor offered any compensation for the failure to deliver the service I paid for. Do not recommend using Parcel Monkey.

Got the package to my friend, who said no one EVER can get packages to her in the slightly remote location where she lives!
