My buyers are reporting that it takes longer than the actual estimated delivery time. Closer to 20-30 days.

Hi Brenda
the transit time does not include any time that is required for customs clearance. Once the buyer pays the import duties then the shipment is released and can be delivered. Unfortunately we cannot control that process.Parcel Monkey replied on 09/30/19

Lost Package, No help from Parcel Monkey

My package appears to be lost. Parcel Monkey shows that it was delivered but the customer said he did not receive it. I have sent several messages to Parcel Monkey but they did not respond.
