Unsuccessful delivery

Just curious why my package was not delivered properly and now I am having my item returned to sender? I have been dealing with this for two months now I’m not sure that this is the best service to use my package got lost easily and I was told by others and by other reviews that people have lost their packages a lot because they don’t communicate with the other mail in services because they are third-party service

Do. Not. Use. Ever. Just consider whatever you’re sending lost before you send it and save yourself the time, money and aggravation.

Unfortunately sometimes parcels get lost in transit and we do our very best to locate these parcels so that they can get delivered.
We are still working on finding your parcel and will let you know as soon as we hear something from our overseas partner

There seems to be a lot of ambiguity as far as where your parcel is and when it will reach. It has been over 2 weeks and a package that was supposed to have arrived in 10-16 business days can not really even be accounted for. The furthest the tracking shows me is that it made it to Jersey but thats been about 13 days ago. I got a new tracking number saying its in the UK but that was a week ago and it hasnt moved since then. Its just weird. Customer service is telling me its now headed to its final destination in Canada but they cant tell me where it is or when it will reach or why the tracking doesnt reflect it. I wont be using this courier again.
