The Shipping time of parcel monkey silvers is incorrect and it took about 18 days not 9 days!
Tracking system does not update on time.
If yo send need to send package under 2lbs, the USPS first class international delivers 10 days faster to Europe.Agent replied on 11/15/17

Extremely disappointing

I would rate zero stars if I could. My package was shipped with an advertized 9 day shipping time. Over a month later the item has still not arrived for the receiving party, and all tracking info has stopped for over 15 days. Extremely disappointing. Additionally, customer service has been anything but helpful, 48hr+ go by between inquiries for service, and when they do respond, they don't have any info to actually give.

I'm very happy with this company and their commitment to customer service. The prices can not be matched.
The only complaint I would have is that I wish the tracking was more up to date for customers to see. Although I used USPS for shipment, the package originally gets picked up by FedEx. The driver will pick up the package from your home or office and from there it gets sent their Illinois location. Once scanned the customer doesn't receive further tracking information. I sent three separate packages and ultimately had to contact Parcell Monkey for the updated tracking information from USPS.
All in all I will continue to use this company for all of my out of country shipping needs.Agent replied on 05/31/18

Thanks very much for your feedback. We've made some improvements to our tracking, so that when available, the location information is also displayed with the "in transit" event. We've managed to apply this to hundreds of thousands of historic tracking events for your and other customers shipments too, so if you check the tracking for your shipment, you'll hopefully see some new location information. We've got some more improvements to tracking coming soon too.
