Global e parcels - why so long?

What's to say? It took about a month to be delivered, I had no confidence it would ever arrive at it's final destination and it was a gift to an elderly mother for mother's day.... I regretted the choice of carrier.
I did appreciate Parcel Monkey's communications and attempts to find the parcel.

Go elsewhere if you want your package to actually be delivered.

Be very careful sending your parcels with ParcelMonkey- It's been nearly a month since I shipped my package and I was quoted up to 12 business days. The tracking on the package is contradictory and the customer support contact is extremely unhelpful. I would say you get what you pay for, but the pricing is not that much lower comparatively.

WORST SERVICE EVER

not impressed at all - pay for quick premium service and all you get is no service and support. was advised that will get the package in 5 days, not its been over 13 days and still no package --WOULD NOT USE IT AGAIN EVER
