Late with no information-avoid!

Tracking is basically non-existent with unexplained, lengthy delays. Quoted delivery time has come and gone and parcel (apparently) hasn’t even left USA yet.. Christmas ruined .

Regret for the delay. Due to the holiday season high global volume and backlog in AU trade lane. It is getting delayed to uplift in airlines. We are coordinating with them to provide asap.
