It takes some time as expected but item arrived just as I had shipped it. Very happy with the cost and service.

Very happy with the service. Instructions on sending the parcel were clear and the price was very reasonable. (I wouldn't have even considered shipping my item if it weren't for parcel monkey) as other delivery services were much much higher.

It took 3 weeks to get from the US to someone in New Zealand which is fine considering. The process is a little mysterious. The tracking updates were frequent which is helpful, but the information was vague. IE "In transit" doesn't say much. In transit to where would be more helpful. But it's not worse than any other shipper, so that's simply what I'd love to see. This seems like a very useful service. I'll probably use it again when other options are too expensive. It's a creative solution to a common problem.

first time i tried last year parcel arrived wet and damaged after 6 weeks - this time intact and dry after 3 weeks - for the incredibly low price this is a pretty good deal for non-critical items.
