Very poor service!

Worst ever service! It has been over two and half months since shipment with expected delivery dates of 10-15 business days!
Unresponsive staff and still no visibility of whereabouts of my parcel.
I have today 04/28/21 received a reply after my above post (dating 2 days ) that my parcel has been lost, when i got a reply one day back (as below) that my parcel is at destination. Worst, although i did subscribe to an insurance of USD 350, Parcel Monkey is now advising that there is no cover since item is a gift!! Looks like a scam AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to use their service. I would believe that as a customer i was misled and their website ought to have flagged that there is no insurance compensation when gifts are concerned. i have checked again their website and confirm my averment.Agent replied on 04/26/21
Regret for the issue causing to you and your customer. We have approached relevant team and they advised the parcel is in destination. Now waiting for the update from destination team as they are having heavy backlog so it's delaying for update.

The parcel reached our facility on 13th Apr and the same processed and dispatched from USA.

Very reasonable from US to Non-EU.

This was fairly accurate however, Fedex first then Jersey Post (without any notification). I had to ask myself for an updated tracking number which is ok, but this should have been forwarded automatically. Further, the status of shipment is still pending even though the package was delivered, within the 2,5 weeks anticipated. I think with better communication from PM on what was happening throughout the customer experience would be very much better.

The price seemed too good to be true. I was nervous because of the reviews. However, my parcel arrived safe and sound.

Regret for the delay in service. Due to high volume it was delayed to clear customs events. We will take note and do better service.
