Although very easy to use and print the label on line, and the pricing was decent, the courier service itself was extremely slow. I sent a small parcel to Italy in December, and the estimated time was 2 weeks, which to me seemed very reasonable. They received the package the last week of February. I figured they were never going to receive it. So will I use Parcel Monkey again? Probable not.
