VERY UPSET OVER POOR SERVICE

This shipment was to take 5 to 12 days. It took 24 days for it to be delivered. I have one very unhappy customer on my hands they want their money back. I will never use this service again.

This parcel was sent in early July and was supposed to arrive in the uk in 4-6 days it is. Now august 20th and has not arrived. I did follow up on July 13th and was told they had computer problems and that it would be delivered the following Thursday. That was over. Month ago. This is the second time this has happened. I will not use parcel monkey again after this.

Wow, glad I found this treasure!! 98% of my shipments have been 40-60% cheaper than other shipping companies with Parcel Monkey. I love saving money and keeping an extra $20.xx or whatever in my pocket is better than giving it to a large corporation!! Look at the price comparisons yourself, you'll be amazed 98% of the time. Well, that has been the case for me.
