I am finding confusion in your on-line format with Parcel Monkey showing it as "Pending"...?

Damaged in transit through neglegence

Fedex somehow managed to get the package so wet that the cardboard box, despite being comprehensively taped, fell apart and some of the contents were lost with no apology or notification. DO NOT USE.
