Pleased with the service. Parcel was collected on the day stated and delivered 4 days later in perfect condition. The driver was polite and friendly. Can recommend the service.

Unhappy with service from UPS

Two of the deliveries I organised were not delivered correctly. One left at the front door of a building that had been shut for months in the pouring rain, the other at an access point when the correct address was not even attempted. In both cases there was somewhere there to take delivery.
